After relentless support & encouragement from my family- where my husband never failed to appreciate my smallest little effort and made it sound big to my always persuading son whose belief was more than mine on me & fuelled my cooking abilities, I came up with “Sweets Bar”!
The scrumptious & tempting collection includes Belgium Hazelnut chocolate cake, Chocolatetruffle cake, Rainbow cake, Tea cake, Dry fruit cake, Strawberry, Blueberry, Black forest, White forest, Butterscotch, Mango, Pineapple cakes along with dry cakes made out of wheat flour and desi ghee packed with dry fruits. These freshly baked extra spongy & fluffy moist cakes bursting with authentic fruity favours have a shelf life of 4-5 days. I rejected the idea of cutting corners by using low grade ingredients & the reason why these cakes are much in demand in major cities apart from Bhopal.
 Without any formal training I could carve a niche because I truly believe that a recipe has no soul until you bring to it. When I am working on my cakes, the only thought that appears on my mind is that every single serve should gratify & appease my every client. I try passing on my positive vibrations through my cakes. For me, that is the secret to bake a perfect cake!
